Dr. Dominique Lache’ is a Leadership Systems Strategist, Speaker, Licensed Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Registered Mediator, Domestic Violence Instructor, and trauma-informed systems practitioner whose work bridges clinical practice, public policy, leadership development, conflict resolution, workforce wellness, data-informed assessment, and organizational sustainability.
She holds a PhD in Human and Social Services with a specialization in Conflict Management and Negotiation, a Master of Social Work, a Master of Philosophy, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs at Indiana University Indianapolis with a specialization in Public Policy. Her academic foundation includes advanced qualitative reasoning, mixed-methods analysis, public policy, budgeting, finance, and organizational decision-making, equipping her to support organizations at the intersection of people, systems, leadership, policy, performance, and sustainable change.
Dr. Dominique’s work is shaped by more than 15 years of cross-sector experience in child welfare, domestic violence prevention, behavioral health, family-serving systems, military leadership, community outreach, public policy reform, trauma-informed service delivery, and organizational systems development. Her professional foundation allows her to understand both the human impact of organizational decisions and the structural patterns that influence workforce wellness, communication, trust, retention, accountability, revenue impact, and long-term sustainability.
As a former Human Resources Sergeant in the United States Army, Dr. Dominique supported HR operations for more than 800 personnel, including regulatory compliance, personnel readiness, performance management, briefings, audits, brigade-level compliance, risk management, and mission-focused leadership. She also held property accountability responsibilities for more than $1.1 million in equipment, requiring hand receipt accountability, readiness tracking, CONEX inspections/checks, inventory awareness, documentation accuracy, and deployment preparedness. This experience strengthened her ability to lead under pressure, manage complex systems, protect resources, monitor readiness metrics, and maintain accountability in high-demand environments while still providing human-centered support to Soldiers navigating crisis, deployment readiness, and mission requirements.
Her research and consulting approach is both people-centered and data-informed. She uses qualitative and quantitative measurement to identify patterns, assess organizational climate, evaluate workforce sustainability, and develop practical assessment tools. Her mixed-methods background allows her to translate human experience into measurable insights that organizations can use to improve retention, communication, leadership alignment, workplace culture, performance, and long-term impact.
Her approach helps organizations identify what is happening beneath the surface, strengthen leadership and communication practices, address conflict with clarity, and build practical strategies that support healthier workplace culture, workforce retention, measurable outcomes, and mission-aligned impact.
Dr. Dominique brings a rare combination of clinical insight, military accountability, public policy training, mediation-informed strategy, research expertise, and business-minded systems analysis.
Her background allows her to understand both people and performance: the emotional realities that affect staff, families, and teams, and the operational realities that influence retention, revenue, compliance, data, accountability, and sustainability.
This is why her work is valuable to mission-driven organizations and business-minded leaders. She helps organizations connect culture to outcomes, workforce wellness to retention, communication to performance, and leadership alignment to long-term organizational health.
She has also been professionally recognized and published under the name Dr. Dominique L. Gadson.
